How can I get on trip help?

How can I invite my near and dear one friends?

How can I update my account/profile detail

Log into the UNIC mobile app Select the Account tab from the bottom menu.  In Account Settings, you have the Manage Account option Tap on “Manage Account” to open the “Manage Account” screen. You have 2 options here. Personal Detail and Delete Account. Tap on the Personal Detail and it will open the Edit Profile screen to update the profile.

How can I add Emergency contacts in app?

Log into the UNIC mobile app Select the Account tab from the bottom menu.  In General Settings, you have the Emergency Contacts option Tap on “Emergency Contacts” to open the screen. You can add up to 5 Emergency contacts Tap on the Add Contacts button at the bottom of the screen. Add Full name and Phone number, and submit the form.

How can I mark my favorite driver?

Log into the UNIC mobile app Select the Account tab from the bottom menu.  In General Settings, you have the Favorite Driver option Tap on “Favorite Driver” to view the list of all drivers you’ve ridden with. From this list, you can mark or unmark drivers as your favorites.
