Unic London Drivers: Points Policy Explained
If your driving license has endorsements related to the offenses listed below, you must provide evidence showing that the Local Authority (TfL) that issued your Private Hire Driving Licence (PHDL) is aware of the endorsement and has deemed you still ‘fit and proper’ to hold a PHDL.
If you cannot provide this evidence, you will need to give your consent for Unic to contact the Local Authority (TfL) on your behalf to verify this information.
