How can I get my lost property?

  • Log into the UNIC app.

  • Select the Booking tabs from the bottom menu.

  • Tap on Trip you think you lost your property.

  • On bottom right cornor click on Question mark icon

  • Click under 1st option “I lost an item”.

  • If you don’t have driver details, look at the bottom of the screen “Contact Us”, click on that.

  • Add details about your lost item and submit the detail.
