How can I get on trip help?

  • While you are on a trip, you will get a help option on the Arriving screen only

  • On the Arriving screen, somewhere in the middle of the screen’s right-hand side, we have the option of “Need Help?”

  • Tap on that will prompt our contact us number. You can call on that number. You may need to wait it the call comes engaged.

  • More option is you can share your trip with your near contacts.

  • Moreover, we have an Emergency icon in the middle of the screen tap on that and you will get SOS, Record Audio, and Call 112 options handy.
